The
majority of WVSRC members must be individuals with disabilities and not
employed by WVSRC. Interested consumers will apply for WVSRC membership.
The Governor will appoint council members to the SRC. The Council will
nominate new member selections after all applications of membership have
been collected and reviewed.
No individual may serve more than two consecutive full terms consisting of three years each term. Attendance to the meetings is expected. If a member shall have two consecutive absences, a letter of explanation will be requested, and resignation may follow.
